About the President & Founder

Marc-André Rochefort, Eng., MBA, Adm.A., C.M.C., CHRP

President & Founder, Leanova Academy

Marc-André Rochefort is a bilingual change leadership expert with over 17 years of experience in operational efficiency, project management, and organizational transformation.

He is a Certified Change Management Professional (CCMP®) and Prosci®-certified practitioner, as well as a Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt (LSSMBB). His academic background includes a Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering, a Master of Business Administration (MBA), and a Certificate in Human Resources Management.

Marc-André is a licensed professional engineer (OIQ) and holds three prestigious designations: Adm.A., Certified Management Consultant (C.M.C.), and CHRP (CRHA). He is also a PMP®, PMI-ACP®, and Professional Scrum Master, bringing together deep expertise in Lean, Agile, and Change Management.

Before founding Leanova Academy, Marc-André held senior leadership roles in both manufacturing and financial sectors, including Desjardins and PepsiCo/Frito Lay, where he led large-scale teams and high-impact initiatives. He has received multiple national awards for innovation, performance, and leadership.

At Leanova Academy, he now empowers professionals and organizations across industries to master the human and operational sides of change.
