Marc-André Rochefort is a bilingual change leadership expert with over 17 years of experience in operational efficiency, project management, and organizational transformation.

He is a Certified Change Management Professional (CCMP®) and Prosci®-certified practitioner, as well as a Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt (LSSMBB). His academic background includes a Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering, a Master of Business Administration (MBA), and a Certificate in Human Resources Management. Marc-André is a licensed Professional Engineer (OIQ) and holds three prestigious designations: Adm.A., Certified Management Consultant (C.M.C.), and CHRP (CRHA). He is also a PMP®, PMI-ACP®, and Professional Scrum Master, bringing together deep expertise in Lean, Agile, and Change Management.

What truly shaped Marc-André’s character, however, started long before his corporate journey. He spent over 20 years working on his family farm, alongside his parents and three brothers. Through early mornings, long days, and shared responsibility, he learned the core values that guide him today: humility, discipline, respect, resilience, teamwork, and the belief that excellence is earned through consistent effort — not handed down. These roots continue to influence the way he leads, teaches, and connects with people.

Before founding Leanova Academy, and continuing today, Marc-André has held senior leadership roles in both the manufacturing and financial sectors, including his current position as a Senior Principal Advisor in Operational Efficiency at Desjardins, as well as previous leadership roles at PepsiCo / Frito-Lay, where he led large-scale teams and high-impact initiatives. He has received multiple national awards for innovation, performance, and leadership.

At Leanova Academy, he now empowers professionals and organizations across industries to master the human and operational sides of change — with the same values he learned on the farm: work hard, stay grounded, and lift others as you rise.
