26.7.1 – Leanova Change Management Excellence Certifications (LCeX™)
Leanova Academy Inc. (“Leanova”) offers a proprietary multi-level certification pathway known as the Leanova Change Management Excellence Program (LCeX™), which includes the following designations: LCeX-Essentials™ (LCeX-E™), LCeX-Specialist™ (LCeX-S™), LCeX-Professional™ (LCeX-P™), and LCeX-Master™ (LCeX-M™). Each credential is awarded solely by Leanova upon successful completion of the corresponding program requirements, assessments, and examinations.
26.7.2 – Relationship With ACMP® and QEP™ Status
All LCeX™ courses offered by Leanova Academy are formally approved under the ACMP® Qualified Education Provider™ (QEP™) program and meet the instructional and alignment requirements of the ACMP Standard for Change Management.
The QEP™ status applies to the courses and training hours only, as recognized by ACMP, and may qualify learners for CCMP® exam eligibility or renewal when applicable.
The LCeX™ certifications themselves (LCeX-E™, LCeX-S™, LCeX-P™, LCeX-M™) are independent Leanova credentials and are not issued, endorsed, accredited, or approved by ACMP®.
Any reference to ACMP®, the Standard, or QEP™ alignment refers strictly to the LCeX courses, not to the LCeX certifications as standalone professional titles.
26.7.3 – Eligibility, Assessment, and Completion Requirements
Learners must complete all modules, assignments, assessments, and final exams required for their respective LCeX™ level. Leanova reserves the right to update course content, assessment criteria, or certification requirements at any time to ensure academic integrity and program quality.
26.7.4 – Issuance and Use of Badges and Post-Nominals
Upon successful completion of a certification level, learners may receive a digital badge and—where applicable—the right to use the associated post-nominal (e.g., LCeX-P™ or LCeX-M™). These are personal credentials and may be used only by individuals who have earned them, subject to Leanova’s ongoing usage requirements.
26.7.5 – Restrictions on Credential Usage
Learners may not alter, misrepresent, or misuse any Leanova credential, badge, or post-nominal. Misuse includes but is not limited to:
(a) modifying certification graphics,
(b) implying equivalence with ACMP®, PMI®, or other external credentials,
(c) suggesting that LCeX™ certifications are ACMP-approved,
(d) claiming certification without having met the requirements.
Leanova may revoke credentials for misuse, fraud, unethical conduct, or violation of these Terms.
26.7.6 – Intellectual Property
All LCeX™ materials—including course content, modules, templates, simulations, exams, badges, and post-nominals—are the exclusive intellectual property of Leanova Academy Inc. Learners receive limited, personal, non-transferable access for educational use only, and may not copy, distribute, reproduce, sublicense, or commercialize LCeX™ content or branding.

Leanova does not guarantee exam success, acceptance of experience by ACMP®, PMI®, or other bodies, employment outcomes, or certification acceptance by third-party organizations.
26.7.8 – PDUs and Continuing Education Eligibility
Certain Leanova programs may qualify as Professional Development Units (PDUs) for CCMP® recertification, PMI® renewal, or other continuing education frameworks (e.g., SHRM, HRCI, IIBA, APMG, Agile) when the content is relevant to professional practice.
Leanova does not represent these PDUs as pre-approved, accredited, or officially authorized by any external organization.
