Incredible customer service before I purchased the Change Management Professional Certification Course and even better during the course.
The interface is really well designed, I was able to switch between multiple devices including my laptop & tablet.
The learning style really suited me, clear, concise descriptions and real world examples that the priciples were applied to.
11/10!!

. I love that it covered all that is in the CCMP standard and provided me with downloads of all the materials, frameworks and templates. These are great reference materials as I study for the CCMP exam. It's very comprehensive course and I feel more than prepared to take the exam.
A big bonus was how affordable this course is compared to the others out there.»

« The LCeX-Master course is extremely well made and defined, showcasing the plan on how to execute the change itself clearly, even by colour codes and clear bullet points that are easy for anyone to read (Especially management team). Excellent guidance .»

Shifting careers into consulting is daunting. I felt real anxiety before this course about whether I'm up to the task, or whether I made a mistake leaving what I knew. I took this course while studying for my CCMP certification, and Marc-André and Leanova Academy gave me genuine confidence going in. My biggest takeaway was that a change agent is a guide, not someone who has all the answers. Take your time, follow these steps, and help draw the answers out of people. The three practice tests were invaluable for studying, and I feel genuinely prepared to sit for my exam. If you want the most up-to-date, best-value course with applicable case studies and real examples, Leanova is the way to go.

For those who are serious about change management and committed to earning the CCMP credential, Leanova Academy stands in a category of its own. Marc-André brings a level of expertise and dedication to this course that is immediately apparent, and his ability to connect the curriculum to real-world application sets this program apart from anything else available.
Change management sits at the core of organizational success. It demands not only technical knowledge of frameworks like the ACMP Standard, but a genuine understanding of how people navigate transition, how leaders must show up, and how sustainable change is built from the inside out. This course addresses all of that with remarkable depth and clarity, equipping learners with both the vocabulary and the mindset to lead change with confidence.
Leanova Academy is also an ACMP Qualified Education Provider, which means the program meets the highest standards of the profession. The course more than satisfies the 21-hour education requirement to qualify for the CCMP, and what you gain in knowledge and perspective far exceeds that requirement. With both self-paced content and live sessions available, it offers the flexibility that working professionals need, and at a price point that is genuinely accessible.
What also speaks to Marc-André's vision is that his offerings extend well beyond the CCMP. His AI-related case-study (modules) reflect a forward-thinking approach to professional development, ensuring that learners remain relevant and equipped for where the field is heading.
One thing that truly stands out is how approachable Marc-André is. He is incredibly responsive and genuinely willing to engage whether you have questions about course content, the CCMP process, or change management in general. His contribution to the profession and inputs add a ton of value.
Leanova Academy is an investment worth making.
