Marc-André Rochefort is a bilingual change leadership expert with over 17 years of experience in operational efficiency, project management, and organizational transformation.
He is a Certified Change Management Professional (CCMP®) and Prosci®-certified practitioner, as well as a Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt (LSSMBB). His academic background includes a Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering, a Master of Business Administration (MBA), and a Certificate in Human Resources Management.

Marc-André is a licensed professional engineer (OIQ) and holds three prestigious designations: Adm.A., Certified Management Consultant (C.M.C.), and CHRP (CRHA). He is also a PMP®, PMI-ACP®, and Professional Scrum Master, bringing together deep expertise in Lean, Agile, and Change Management.
