- 9.4 You acknowledge that any information you send to Us through Our System may be modified by Us in any way and you hereby waive your moral right to be identified as the author of such information. Any restrictions you may wish to place upon Our use of such information must be communicated to Us in advance and We reserve the right to reject such terms and associated information.
10. Accounts
- 10.1 In order to procure Services on this Website and to use certain other parts of the System, you are required to create an Account which will contain certain personal details and Payment Information which may vary based upon your use of the Website as We may not require payment information until you wish to make a purchase. By continuing to use this Websiteyou represent and warrant that:
- 10.1.1 all information you submit is accurate and truthful;
- 10.1.2 you have permission to submit Payment Information where permission may be required; and
- 10.1.3 you will keep this information accurate and up-to-date. Your creation of an Account is further affirmation of your representation and warranty.
- 10.2 It is recommended that you do not share your Account details, particularly your username and password. We accept no liability for any losses or damages incurred as a result of your Account details being shared by you. - 10.3 If you have reason to believe that your Account details have been obtained by another person without consent, you should contact Us immediately to suspend your Account and cancel any unauthorised orders or payments that may be pending. Please be aware that orders or payments can only be cancelled up until provision of Services has commenced. In the event that an unauthorised provision commences prior to your notifying Us of the unauthorised nature of the order or payment then you shall be charged for the period from the commencement of the provision of services until the date you notified us and may be charged for a billing cycle of one month.
- 10.4 When choosing your username you are required to adhere to the terms set out above in Clause 9. Any failure to do so could result in the suspension and/or deletion of your Account.
11. Termination and Cancellation of Accounts
- 11.1 Either Leanova Academy or you may terminate your Account. If We terminate your Account, you will be notified by email and an explanation for the termination will be provided. Notwithstanding the foregoing, We reserve the right to terminate without giving reasons.
- 11.2 If We terminate your Account, any current or pending orders or payments on your Account will be cancelled and provision of Services will not commence.
12. Services, Pricing and Availability
- 12.1 Whilst every effort has been made to ensure that all general descriptions of Services available from Leanova Academy correspond to the actual Services that will be provided to you, We are not responsible for any variations from these descriptions as the exact nature of the Services may vary depending on your individual requirements and circumstances. This does not exclude Our liability for mistakes due to negligence on Our part and refers only to variations of the correct Services, not different Services altogether. Please refer to sub-Clause 13.8 for incorrect Services.
- 12.2 Where appropriate, you may be required to select the required Plan of Services.
- 12.3 We neither represent nor warrant that such Services will be available at all times and cannot necessarily confirm availability until confirming your Order. Availability indications are not provided on the Website.
- 12.4 All pricing information on the Website is correct at the time of going online. We reserve the right to change prices and alter or remove any special offers from time to time and as necessary.
- 12.5 In the event that prices are changed during the period between an order being placed for Services and Us processing that order and taking payment, then the price that was valid at the time of the order shall be used.
13. Orders and Provision of Services
- 13.1 No part of this Website constitutes a contractual offer capable of acceptance. Your order constitutes a contractual offer that We may, at Our sole discretion, accept. Our acceptance is indicated by Us sending to you an order confirmation email. Only once We have sent you an order confirmation email will there be a binding contract between Leanova Academy and you.
- 13.2 Order confirmations under sub-Clause 13.1 will be sent to you before the Services begin and shall contain the following information:
- 13.2.1 Confirmation of the Services ordered including full details of the main characteristics of those Services;
- 13.2.2 Fully itemised pricing for the Services ordered including, where appropriate, taxes, delivery and other additional charges;
- 13.2.3 Relevant times and dates for the provision of the Services;
- 13.2.4 User credentials and relevant information for accessing those services.
- 13.3 If We, for any reason, do not accept your order, no payment shall be taken under normal circumstances. In any event, any sums paid by you in relation to that order will be refunded within 14 calendar days.
- 13.4 Payment for the Services shall be taken via your chosen payment method, immediately for any setup fee that corresponds to the service plan you purchased and at the same day of each subsequent month (“billing cycle”) for charges accrued during the previous month (“billing cycle”) AND/OR as indicated in the order confirmation you received.
- 13.5 We aim to fulfill your Order within 2-3 working days or if not, within a reasonable period following your Order, unless there are exceptional circumstances. If we cannot fulfill your Order within a reasonable period, we will inform you at the time you place the Order by a note on the relevant web page or by contacting you directly after you place your Order. Time is not of the essence of the Contract, which means we will aim to fulfill your Order within any agreed timescales but this is not an essential term of the Contract and we will not be liable to you if we do not do so. If the Services are to begin within 14 calendar days of Our acceptance of your order, at your express request, you will be required to expressly acknowledge that your statutory cancellation rights, detailed below in Clause 14, will be affected.
- 13.6 Leanova Academy shall use all Our reasonable endeavours to provide the Services with reasonable skill and care, commensurate with best trade practice.
- 13.7 In the event that Services are provided that are not in conformity with your order and thus incorrect, you should contact Us immediately to inform Us of the mistake. We will ensure that any necessary corrections are made within five (5) working days.
- Additional terms and conditions may apply to the provision of certain Services. You will be asked to read and confirm your acceptance of any such terms and conditions when completing your Order.
- 13.8 Leanova Academy provides technical support via our online support forum and/or phone. Leanova Academy makes every effort possible to respond in a timely manner but we do not guarantee a particular response time.

We provide no warranties (express or implied) of fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy of information, compatibility and satisfactory quality.
- 19.2 We accept no liability for any disruption or non-availability of the Website resulting from external causes including, but not limited to, ISP equipment failure, host equipment failure, communications network failure, power failure, natural events, acts of war or legal restrictions and censorship.
20. Limitation of Liability
- 20.1 To the maximum extent permitted by law, We accept no liability for any direct or indirect loss or damage, foreseeable or otherwise, including any indirect, consequential, special or exemplary damages arising from the use of the Website or any information contained therein. The following additional terms apply specifically to Leanova Academy Inc. and its educational services as a Qualified Education Provider (QEP™).
1. ACMP® Alignment and Certification Disclaimer
Leanova Academy Inc. is officially recognized as a Qualified Education Provider™ (QEP™) by the Association of Change Management Professionals® (ACMP®).
Our training:

Is aligned with the ACMP® Standard for Change Management,

Fulfills the 21-hour training requirement for the Certified Change Management Professional™ (CCMP®) application,
-
Is not affiliated with, endorsed, certified, or sponsored by ACMP®.
Leanova does not administer the CCMP® exam, and learners are responsible for verifying their own eligibility via www.acmpglobal.org.
Our supplemental services, including portfolio coaching and exam preparation resources, are independently developed by Leanova Academy and are not reviewed, approved, or endorsed by ACMP®.
Portfolio Coaching: Coaching is limited to helping learners to reflect on their own professional experience. Everything on the certification application, including essays must be the candidate’s own original work, and Leanova Academy does not author, edit, or submit portfolios on behalf of candidates.
Exam Simulator: Practice questions and simulations provided by Leanova Academy are original learning tools created to help candidates prepare for the CCMP® exam. They are not official CCMP™ exam questions and have no guarantee of reflecting actual exam content.
Use of these services is at the sole discretion of the candidate. Leanova Academy makes no warranties or guarantees regarding exam outcomes or ACMP® certification results.

2. Taxes Sales Policy
Leanova Academy Inc. – Registered in Canada
All prices include applicable taxes where required by law. Online self-paced training services only – intangible digital supply (BMI). No physical goods shipped.
Canada
GST/HST is applied to all Canadian customers, at the applicable federal or harmonized rate depending on the customer’s province of residence.
QST (9.975%) is applied in addition for Québec customers only.
Leanova Academy is not registered for provincial sales taxes in non-HST provinces (e.g., BC, SK, MB). Customers in those provinces may be required to self-assess and remit provincial sales tax under local rules.
European Union (EU)
Sales are processed under the OSS scheme.
B2C: VAT of the customer’s country of residence is applied.
B2B: Where a valid EU VAT number is provided, no VAT is charged under the reverse charge mechanism, in accordance with Article 196 of Council Directive 2006/112/EC. In such cases, invoices will clearly state “reverse charge.”
International (non-Canada, non-EU)
Sales are made to non-residents of Canada who are not registered for Canadian GST/HST or QST.
Leanova Academy is not registered for taxes outside Canada and the EU.
Taxes may be applied where required by local law. Where not collected at checkout, customers are responsible for self-assessing and remitting any applicable taxes in their jurisdiction.
These supplies are treated as zero-rated exports for Canadian tax purposes.
Leanova Academy reserves the right to update tax practices in accordance with changes in legislation or compliance requirements worldwide.
3.Live Online Training Policy
Leanova Academy’s Live Online courses are delivered by one of our certified instructors, as presented on each course’s information page.
A minimum of three (3) registered participants is required for a Live Online session to take place. If the minimum enrollment is not met, Leanova Academy reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the session.
Participants will be notified at least five (5) calendar days prior to the scheduled start date in the event of cancellation. In such cases, the following options will be offered:
Full Refund – Learners will receive a 100% refund of their payment for the cancelled session.
Alternative Option – Learners may choose to substitute their enrollment for the Self-Paced version of the same course, offered at a discounted rate as a goodwill option.
Leanova Academy is committed to maintaining the highest level of professionalism and transparency while ensuring every learner receives an accessible and high-quality educational experience.
3. Learner Type and Usage
Leanova Academy currently sells its training programs exclusively to individual learners and professionals acting in a personal capacity.
Enterprise agreements, licenses or bulk registrations are not yet supported.
4. Completion and Certification Requirements
To be eligible for a Certificate of Completion, you must:

Complete 100% of the course in sequential order (no skipping),

Complete all assessments and pass the final exam (if applicable),

Sign the mandatory disclaimer before accessing the first module,

Complete the course within 1 year of enrollment.
Failure to meet these conditions will result in ineligibility for certification.
5. Disclaimer & Candidate Responsibility Acknowledgment for CCMP® and MCMP™ candidates
1. Accreditation and Voluntary Nature of the Training
Leanova Academy Inc. offers multiple ACMP® QEP™–recognized training programs, including:
LCeX-Professional (LCeX-P) — a 21-hour self-paced program designed to fulfill the 21-hour education requirement for CCMP™ certification eligibility;
LCeX-Master (LCeX-M) — a 10-hour advanced self-paced program recognized by ACMP® as QEP™ education, intended for experienced professionals seeking advanced application and mastery.
However, participation in this course is not mandatory to register for the CCMP & MCMP exam. It is one of several educational paths accepted by ACMP® to fulfill the training requirement.
While the minimum instructional duration of this course is 21 hours (CCMP® ) & 10 hours (MCMP™) in accordance with ACMP® QEP™ standards, the actual duration may vary slightly depending on the language version (e.g., French, Spanish, Portuguese). All language versions maintain the same structure, content, and learning outcomes, and meet the required minimum duration.
1.1 Intended Audience
While this training program fulfills the educational requirement for CCMP® and MCMP™ certification candidates, it is also open to a broader audience.
Professionals seeking to enhance their leadership skills, better understand change management frameworks, or support transformation initiatives within their organizations are welcome to participate—whether or not they intend to pursue formal certification.
Participants who successfully complete all modules and obtain a passing score of at least 70% on the final Leanova Academy exam (50 multiple-choice questions, 2 attempts, 90 minutes) will be issued a personalized Certificate of Completion.
This certificate is signed, dated, and traceable, and confirms that the participant has completed a QEP-approved program aligned with the ACMP® Standard. Certificates issued are proprietary to Leanova Academy Inc. and cannot be altered, transferred, or duplicated without written authorization.
1.2 Course Language Versions and Delivery Method
This course is delivered in multiple languages to improve accessibility and learning experience.
Regardless of the delivery language, the original English slide deck is provided to all learners as a reference, to ensure alignment with the terminology of the ACMP® Standard and the CCMP® exam.
In the self-paced version, the instructional content is delivered through high-quality pre-recorded videos powered by artificial intelligence (AI), using professional avatars and multilingual voice synthesis.
The structure, learning objectives, and instructional outcomes remain identical across all language versions and formats.

6. Use of AI and Language Access
Leanova Academy uses AI-generated video narration and subtitles to offer content in multiple languages.
However:

All slides, quiz, exam and assessments are delivered in English, to maintain alignment with the ACMP® Standard.

26.7.1 – Leanova Change Management Excellence Certifications (LCeX™)
Leanova Academy Inc. (“Leanova”) offers a proprietary multi-level certification pathway known as the Leanova Change Management Excellence Program (LCeX™), which includes the following designations: LCeX-Essentials™ (LCeX-E™), LCeX-Specialist™ (LCeX-S™), LCeX-Professional™ (LCeX-P™), and LCeX-Master™ (LCeX-M™). Each credential is awarded solely by Leanova upon successful completion of the corresponding program requirements, assessments, and examinations.
26.7.2 – Relationship With ACMP® and QEP™ Status
All LCeX™ courses offered by Leanova Academy are formally approved under the ACMP® Qualified Education Provider™ (QEP™) program and meet the instructional and alignment requirements of the ACMP Standard for Change Management.
The QEP™ status applies to the courses and training hours only, as recognized by ACMP, and may qualify learners for CCMP® exam eligibility or renewal when applicable.
The LCeX™ certifications themselves (LCeX-E™, LCeX-S™, LCeX-P™, LCeX-M™) are independent Leanova credentials and are not issued, endorsed, accredited, or approved by ACMP®.
Any reference to ACMP®, the Standard, or QEP™ alignment refers strictly to the LCeX courses, not to the LCeX certifications as standalone professional titles.
26.7.3 – Eligibility, Assessment, and Completion Requirements
Learners must complete all modules, assignments, assessments, and final exams required for their respective LCeX™ level. Leanova reserves the right to update course content, assessment criteria, or certification requirements at any time to ensure academic integrity and program quality.
26.7.4 – Issuance and Use of Badges and Post-Nominals
Upon successful completion of a certification level, learners may receive a digital badge and—where applicable—the right to use the associated post-nominal (e.g., LCeX-P™ or LCeX-M™). These are personal credentials and may be used only by individuals who have earned them, subject to Leanova’s ongoing usage requirements.
26.7.5 – Restrictions on Credential Usage
Learners may not alter, misrepresent, or misuse any Leanova credential, badge, or post-nominal. Misuse includes but is not limited to:
(a) modifying certification graphics,
(b) implying equivalence with ACMP®, PMI®, or other external credentials,
(c) suggesting that LCeX™ certifications are ACMP-approved,
(d) claiming certification without having met the requirements.
Leanova may revoke credentials for misuse, fraud, unethical conduct, or violation of these Terms.
26.7.6 – Intellectual Property
All LCeX™ materials—including course content, modules, templates, simulations, exams, badges, and post-nominals—are the exclusive intellectual property of Leanova Academy Inc. Learners receive limited, personal, non-transferable access for educational use only, and may not copy, distribute, reproduce, sublicense, or commercialize LCeX™ content or branding.
26.7.7 – No Guarantee of External Certification Outcomes
Leanova does not guarantee exam success, acceptance of experience by ACMP®, PMI®, or other bodies, employment outcomes, or certification acceptance by third-party organizations.
26.7.8 – PDUs and Continuing Education Eligibility
Certain Leanova programs may qualify as Professional Development Units (PDUs) for CCMP® recertification, PMI® renewal, or other continuing education frameworks (e.g., SHRM, HRCI, IIBA, APMG, Agile) when the content is relevant to professional practice.
Leanova does not represent these PDUs as pre-approved, accredited, or officially authorized by any external organization.
